Enjoy this preferred Harbor side, Edgewater Inn walkout condo. This condo is the only 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with a King bed, 2 person whirlpool tub, gas fireplace, and kitchen island, in Edgewater.

Open concept living space features a full kitchen with a 4 burner stovetop, microwave, and mini fridge. Seating for 5 is available utilizing the kitchen table and island seating.

Living room area accommodates seating for 4 guests, with a gas fireplace to warm and create ambiance. Sectional sofa converts to an extra bed for added guests. In addition, enjoy the walkout deck with seating to watch as boats sail in and out of Round Lake or walk right out to the Edgewater boat slips and perhaps a stroll to town, or beach, and all the amenities and activities Charlevoix has to offer.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.

Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 60 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

very nice condo

Clean, VERY comfortable couch-sleeper in living room. Has mini frig and glass cooktop. Small microwave. Great location on first floor with walk-out patio. Quiet. GREAT view of Round Harbor. Suggestion to owner: supply a broom anddust pan.

Ideal location for a vaycay

It was the perfect getaway. The unit is nicely decorated, very clean and provided great views. The staff was very friendly. The only negative is the window treatments. They didn’t provide much privacy or filter out the light. Otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay.

Nice get away to Charlevoix

This rental was super clean. The location is great! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs. Even a small beach. We enjoyed the sauna and the indoor pool and hot tub. It was too early for the outdoor pool but there is one available in the summer months. We would definitely come back!

Birthday Get Away

We had an awesome time. The view outside of the sliding door is amazing even in March. The location is perfect for visiting Boyne City, Petoskey and Mackinac City. The condo is perfect. We would definitely stay here again. I just wish the rates for the summer weren't so expensive. The only suggestion I would have is to have a large fry pan and a broom and dustpan. I felt bad that I could not sweep the tile. Overall, a beautiful condo and awesome location.

Walking distance to everything in Downtown Charlevoix, this tidy condo is situated at the mouth of Round Lake Channel which leads to Lake Michigan. Very attentive and helpful staff.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I were in Charlevoix for the Boyne Thunder. We had the perfect spot to watch all of the boat traffic as well as enjoy the morning calmness. We definitely plan to come back again next year!
