The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.

Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 60 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Great spot to watch the world go by

What a fun spot to people watch! Being next to the bridge between Lakes Charlevoix and Michigan, you can watch boats all day long, see the Emerald Isle/Beaver Island ferry come and go, and observe the people and cars crossing the bridge. Being located at the edge of downtown affords easy access to stores and restaurants and is an easy walk to the piers and beaches of Lake Michigan. The condo has very comfortable and clean furnishings. The only potential negatives include traffic noise, IF the slider door is open, and some of the kitchen amenities (small freezer, lack of total dish sets), which is not an issue if you eat out all the time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to walking distance of all that we cared to see. Charlevoix itself is beautiful and we anticipate that we will surely return for another stay. The people of the town could not have been more friendly and welcoming. A lovely memorable stay all around, Thank You!!

Beautiful Unit Overlooking the Drawbridge

This 1-bedroom unit was immaculate! The furnishings were lovely, and the view was exceptional. It is a treat to be able to walk into town.

Castle Farms Wedding

We stayed for a Friday and Saturday night since we had a Saturday wedding at Castle Farms. This place was excellent and the best location! I would highly recommend this place to any couple looking for a getaway!

Fantastic location

This condo is in a perfect location to walk into town or just sit on the balcony and watch boats go by. The property is nice sized, and the fireplace came in handy during a couple of cool night's. Hotel staff is only around during the day. I'm assuming this relates to less business due to the pandemic,so they can't afford to have someone around 24/7 - but I might be wrong, as I've never stayed here before. Overall, this was a pleasant experience and I would return if visiting Charlevoix.

Yes Staff is only in the building until 6pm during the week and 9pm on the weekends to assist new arrivals and make sure the facility is ready for use.
