Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a whirlpool tub, a private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Dish Network HD Programming and free Wi-Fi access.

The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely.

Tired unit. Needs some TLC. Stains on sofa and carpets. Blinds by front door don't close all the way, bent, don't even fit in the window opening. Buildings stairways and exterior look tired and need painting.

For two adults and 2 kids, we had enough room. Place was clean, everything worked. The location to the shoreline was excellent!

A Real Rip Off!!!

Beach Condo Unit #322 was poorly maintained and in need of repair. The sectional was dirty and we did not use it because of this. Both TVs could not be used because the remotes did not work. They probably just needed new batteries. The carpet was dirty and had black spot marks in numerous areas. It left us uneasy to even walk on it. The outside stairs were dirty and in need of paint. We have not stayed at the Beach Condos for a few years. Prior to this we have a long history of staying at this complex. We will not stay at the Beach Condos again and will certainly not recommend it to anyone else.

I do apologize for the unit being unfitting. We are working with the owner to update the unit. We have also carpet cleaned this unit multiple times in order of a short term solution. We also did receive a Spectrum outage during your stay and I do apologize about that as well. As for the stairs, we have up-kept them, and were unable to repaint this year. Again, I do apologize for the unpleasant stay, and I hope in the future, you choose to give us another shot!

Birthday Getaway

View was amazing, there was work being done on the property so it was noisy. The pool was being renovated so it couldn't be used. The condo was very comfortable, had everything we needed and it was spotless. The jetted tub is awesome! We will definitely return to this property.

TC Quick Stay

Requested to check in 2 hours prior to 4 pm. Was told $50 early check in fee. Corporate stated check in between 3-3:30 pm was acceptable. Arrived 3:15 pm was told unit would not be available until 4:oopm.

When you and I spoke days prior to your reservation, I offered you the early check in package of 2pm which would place that unit at the top of the housekeeping cleaning list. September 2020 Stay

We did not have the best experience. We came right after our wedding and unfortunately the weather was not good. The cable was out on one of the TV’s our entire stay, so there was not much to do when it was raining. One of the DVD players did not work. The office was closed early one day with no notice on the door. We understand it was a family emergency, but a note should have been left. The hot tub didn’t work. We were told it was a “cold tub.” The shower was extremely small. The mirror was cracked in the living room. The patio was very dirty. Overall, not the best experience and we do not plan to return to this rental.

Great Girl’s Night Stay!

2 of my friends and I went to TC for a girls trip and the beachfront condo was the perfect spot! The condo is roomy and offered plenty of space. There’s a great sunset view in the evenings. The check in process was a little confusing though, I wasn’t sent any information on how to check in or what the process looked like. I got a call a couple hours before the available check in time and was asked what time we would be arriving and after talking with her she was incredibly nice and helpful and it was very easy it just would have been nice to know more about my stay than just an address before check in. There is a pool on site but it isn’t being used right now and looked very dirty, so that was a bit of a negative as well but I’m sure when it’s normally in use it looks much better. Overall, I definitely recommend this stay! Plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby and only about 30 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes!
