Cozy, convenient close to town and beaches, just a block from boat launch and Ferry Beach Park. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, cable TV and Wifi. Sleeps 5 adults comfortably (1 King, 3 Twin, 1 Queen sleeper sofa). The master with a king size bed, and three twin beds in the second bedroom with additional sleeping in the living room with a queen size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom and living room look out into the woods, with a creek running through. Sit out on the patio or open the windows to enjoy the tranquility of the calming waters from the creek. Neat, clean and comfortable, an affordable way to visit Charlevoix. Lots of summer and fall availability.

4th of July getaway

Our experience was amazing! This was the perfect little place for a 4th of July weekend. Everything was clean and exactly what we were looking for! The Vrbo team was super nice and accommodating to us and we couldn’t have been happier with how the weekend turned out! Everythingg was perfect!

Excellent stay in beautiful condo

Four siblings (and one in-law) spent five wonderful days enjoying northern Michigan using this condo as our base. Close to a nice beach on Lake Charlevoix and extremely well-equipped and nicely furnished.

Nice condo at Stover Creek

I liked the location of this condo and it did have covered parking. Furnishings were nice and kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have Washer/Dryer in the condo. I like to sleep in a dark room and Master bedroom did not have blinds but was shaded by porch roof.. Master bath had a padded toilet seat. Not a fan of that type of seat especially in a rental condo. Overall, I was very satisfied with this condo.
