Welcome to our Lakeview Bungalow! Now accepting reservations for Summer 2024!
Our beautiful 3-bedroom home PLUS Bungalow is perfect for your Family Getaway! Newly remodeled with in-floor heated tiles, quality furnishings and linens, a large deck, fire pit and so much more. Not to mention the private dock and the ability to bring your boat!
Each level of the home features a guest bedroom with a queen bed. The master includes a king bed with its own private deck views of Boyne City.
Just behind the home, our Bungalow features a Bunk Room for up to 8 additional guests! It's perfect for the kiddos, or to have another place to enjoy those summer nights.
Our home is located across the street from Lake Charlevoix, and only a 1.6 mile bike ride to Downtown Boyne City.
Summer 2024 is now available 7-night minimum (Friday - Friday).

Boyne City Downtown is filled with local restaurants, boutiques and offers the best 4th of July display in Northern Michigan. Recognized by Good Morning America and USA Today as one of the "Top 10 Independence Day Celebrations in the Nation," the Travel Channel as the #2 "Best Small Town Fourth of July Celebration in the USA," and Reader's Digest as the #1 "Best Small-Town July Fourth Fireworks" . Make sure to Stroll the Streets every Friday during the Summer season, for LIVE music, cotton candy and face painting for the kids.
Boyne Falls also offers ten world-class golf courses, both on-site or within 30 minutes of your next amazing vacation getaway! At Boyne Mountain you can enjoy the Monument and the Alpine. At Boyne Highlands are the Donald Ross, Arthur Hills, the Moor and Heather courses. The Bay Harbor Golf Course offers the Links, Preserve, and Quarry. All courses are open to the public. A golf shop is on site at Boyne Mountain for all of your golfing needs.
Fall is spectacular in Northern Michigan. Come for a week or long weekend of color-changing foliage and breathtaking views. Mountain Bike or hike away the day!

Mackinac City is just an hour drive from the condominium where you can take in a day of shopping, dining, and sight-seeing. Drive across the Mackinac Bridge into the Upper Peninsula, or take a ferry over to the Historic Mackinac Island where you step back in time. Boyne mountain is located 5 1/2 hours from Chicago, and about four hours from Detroit.
