208 Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.



This gorgeous, cozy themed condo boasts beautiful laminate flooring in the main living areas, tile in the bathrooms and kitchen, cozy carpet in the bedroom, ceiling fans and plenty of lighting. In the loft-style upstairs bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a tv with a roku remote, beautiful bedside tables, alarm clock/radio, a dresser, and a walk-in closet. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower and a vanity that offers extra storage! The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, a cozy arm chair, large smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful side tables, an electric fireplace, other entertainment! There is dining space that seats 4 that overlooks the balcony. The full sized kitchen boasts plenty of storage and granite countertops. There is a 4 burner range, full size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tools for cooking and serving. The large downstairs bathroom offers a bathtub/shower, toilet, and a beautiful vanity with marbled countertop. The master bedroom displays a beautiful king size bed with a cozy cottage vibe, plenty of storage and a smart tv. In the downstairs coat closet you will find the bedding for the sleeper sofa, iron and ironing board, a broom and dustpan. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 4 person seating and table arrangement on the balcony provides a stunning view of the Bridge!



We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services. Please ask the front desk if you need a high-chair or playpen.



Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

great location

The location is amazing. The building is dated and the stairs need to be fixed. The unit was fine but the beds were not the greatest. Extremely hard mattresses. Unit was clean.

We appreciated having a place to stay with our dog along. The condo was very clean and had no odors or smells. It was close to everything but was also very quiet. Some updates have been done. The living room furniture and beds seemed outdated and not as comfy. But still a good stay overall.

2 Night Stay

Overall, the experience was good. The condo was a bit worn, but clean. The kitchenette appliances were nice and worked well; however, some of the cookware is in need of replacement. The matresses were horribly hard and uncomfortable.

Perfect for our race day vacay!

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway that included a Sunday morning half marathon. Plenty of space for two couples with enough privacy for each. I will warn you, the shower upstairs is pretty tiny so don’t drop the soap or you won’t be able to pick it up!

Great place

We really enjoyed the unit, everything g was updated and really nice. The location was amazing. We have stayed at Pointes North before in another unit, we love it. I would just comment that we found the beds to not be very comfortable, they were very firm but not in a soft way. With the vaulted ceiling, the sound from the TV went directly up to the room upstairs in the loft and it was difficult to hear it when watching. I may suggest a sound bar or something. Storage was great in all the rooms. The dog bowls with note were the cutest ever!

Great stay

The condo was pretty spacious and I love that dogs are allowed! It’s so hard to find that. The rental was clean and we had everything we needed. I would suggest a better ice cube tray. I know that’s not a big deal but there was no ice and the smallest tray I’ve ever seen! The best part for me was Heather, the front desk worker. She was phenomenal! I called a day prior to inquire about an early check in, she said it shouldn’t be an issue. Called me the day of check to let me know she had her staff address our room first and we were welcome to come whenever! Throughout the stay anytime I saw her she was so friendly and kind and asked how everything was going. That is exceptional customer experience

Excellent Location

We chose this condo for the Location and for the fact that it is dog friendly. We had an excellent vacation with the ability to walk to so many of our favorite places. It was easy to shop, dine and in the evening we took advantage of the close by beach & harbor to watch amazing Lake Michigan sunsets. The condo could definitely use some updates like new mattresses and plumbing. We unfortunately couldn’t use the upstairs shower as it leaked into the downstairs bedroom. The ceiling revealed this was not a new issue. The kitchen was also lacking essential items like oven mits and adequate cooking utensils. The condo staff was friendly and very helpful, clean towels delivered with a smile. We had a wonderful stay over all.

Nice location, nice unit; it has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Charlevoix; is very close to downtown shopping and restaurants. The building is not well maintained, there was sand on the floor of the first floor bedroom and bathroom. There was an annoying mechanical noise all night long that affected sleep. I would rent again, hoping for a slightly better experience

Great Vacation

Had a great family trip with 2 adults and 2 teens. Also my Aunt and her puppy came to visit. Unit holds six people and two dogs. Love the design and open floor plan. Nice kitchen for cooking. Fabulous Stay

We stayed one night while moving to the area, had the family and pets. It was wonderful to have room for everyone and a place to sit and relax after the hectic stress of moving. Lovely accommodations, and just a short walk to restaurants. For the cost of two normal hotel rooms we had a well appointed little condo apartment. Would be a great spot to stay longer and explore. Perfectly located for us close to the Beaver Island ferry that took us to our new home!

Great Location and Spacious!

We enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom,/2 bath condo style room very much. The full kitchen was helpful to have, not knowing what the on again/off again Covid restrictions for dining would be and to cut down on food cost. The unit itself was clean but the oven could use a good scrub/cleaning and some of the kitchen utensils could stand to be upgraded (the can opener was useless). The upstairs loft shower is in need of drywall repair and could stand a new shower insert and fixtures but it was clean and functional. Parking is tight and the snow removal was extremely slow to happen in the parking lot. Glad we had 4 Wheel drive. Great location, pleasant staff, overall great accommodations. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Dog friendly getaway

Came up for Valentine’s Day weekend and stayed here for the first time. Enjoyed proximity to shops, restaurants, and the lake. Condo was spacious, clean, and quiet. Very nice to find something dog friendly in the area! Would stay again!

Fall in Charlevoix Michigan - October

Overall it was a very nice few days - we wanted to go see the colors and winery's around the NW lower of Michigan. The condo was clean although it shows signs of past cheap fixes or "upgrades". For a place to generally come back to after lunch / dinner / driving to destinations around the area it worked out great! Better than a hotel any day and it was right in the downtown Charlevoix area so we could walk to the marina, lighthouse, etc. I would go back again.

We stay here for the Charlevoix races. Love that we can walk out the door and be at the Start/Finish line. Also love being able to walk everywhere downtown.

Wedding Stay

I chose Pointes North Inn for its location to my wedding venue (Castle Farms) and for its larger rooms and had my whole bridal party stay there. my room (208) is where the girls got ready and it was perfect! plenty of space for everyone plus two hair dressers and two makeup artists, and the extra living space was great so that they had a table and natural light! our dogs behaved well and the room was great for them!
