Welcome to unit #357! Our 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with a king bed, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms.

The open concept living space, entails a full size kitchen, with a dishwasher, and a microwave.

And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.

Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 60 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

My Winter Sabbatical

I usually go up north to paint "en plein aire" with my friends. I call it my sabbatical since it's a time to paint snow in the open air, slow down, sit by the fireplace and read, go to great restaurants and just recharge my batteries.Each experience is different, but still enjoyable. This year, the snow was non-existent, so I ended up reading ALOT by the fireplace. I still had a wonderful time and managed to get out 3 times to paint, briefly. I still saw my friends, their studios, their latest works and ate some really good food. As I said, different each time, but still great! 🙂

Roomy & Convenient

Very good price. Condo unit was very spacious and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. The only constructive feedback I can give is to have somebody working the front desk for more than just a couple of hours a day. I know its the off season and saving money is good, but interaction with the staff upon checking in case there are any questions would be good. We would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Place

Very nice and clean place. Staff was awesome and friendly.The utilities, Shower faucet and fixtures could use some updating however everything worked and was in great condition.We stayed overnight due to picking up a new boat in the morning. l Could have stayed elsewhere,my wife choose this place. I was glad she did.Walking distance to town and due to being the o season, was very reasonable. Would stay i we decided to come back to Charlevoix, when not with our boat.

Good experience

The hotel was good for our family.The rooms are nice and clean. Beautiful view and the children loved the pool. The staff listened to our concerns when the sink wasn't working in the conference room and they got on it and it was fixed before our family gathering. I would definitely come stay there again!

Charlevoix Bridge Adventure

Check in was fast and easy. The staff was friendly and very enthusiastic about the property.The condo was very beautiful, clean, and spacious. Then location was a plus and a minus. It had a beautiful view of round lake, downtown Charlevoix, and the drawbridge. The minus is that cars, and especially large trucks, make a lot of noise going over the bridge making it difficult to sleep. You do eventually get somewhat used to it.
